The room you think in.

Why a working space should begin with its purpose.

The story

A beautiful workspace can be appealing, but its usefulness depends on ordinary details. Light that reaches the page, a place for the things you use, and enough room to move between tasks.

Before changing the furniture, observe a working day. What do you keep reaching for? What interrupts you? A small adjustment to the arrangement may solve more than a new object.

Let the room reflect how you work. It can hold colour, memory and unfinished ideas while still making the next task easier to begin.
